On a wasteland in Helsinge, Denmark, the Stendal Group built a new housing estate of 200,000m² , consisting of 142 rental homes. The focus was on energy-efficient homes and reducing the ecological footprint.
Each house has a garden shed. Given the focus, they opted for sustainable garden sheds from Ingarden.
They chose Govaplast boards for the walls, because they are not only environmentally friendly (as they are made from 100% plastic waste), but also because the material cannot rot or get dirty and therefore lasts a very long time.
